At Body Support Solutions, we want you to feel comfortable and confident with every purchase. Our products are designed to make daily life easier, and we genuinely hope you love what you receive.
However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Below is our returns and refunds policy to make the process simple and fair for everyone.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a change of mind return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in the original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- The item must be sent back within 30 days of delivery
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding any shipping costs paid at checkout).
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care when preparing and shipping your order, but occasionally things can go wrong.
If your item:
- Arrives damaged
- Is faulty
- Is not the product you ordered
please contact us as soon as possible so we can make things right.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A refund
- A repair where appropriate
If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of the problem when contacting us.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return if they have been opened, used, or are not in resalable condition.

How to Start a Return
If you need to return an item, please contact our support team first so we can guide you through the process.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is faulty or damaged
Our team will then provide instructions for returning the item.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
